As a director of Land Choice Realty, he is a strategic planner with the ability to see the bigger picture. Michael is responsible for leading the development side of the business, including site acquisition, actively identifying, pursuing new business opportunities and establishing partnership with stakeholders.
Michael’s in-depth knowledge regarding feasibility, planning and the approval processes ensures that Land Choice Realty is well placed to deliver on its future property pipeline, ensures continuous growth for the business and has a reputation for maximising the financial returns for all.
Silvia Castrogiovanni
Director/Licensee
Silvia Castrogiovanni is the licensee at Land Choice Realty, based in the Sutherland Shire manages residential and affordable rental properties throughout the Sydney area.

She began her career in Real Estate over 10 years ago and has worked with leading franchise agencies such as Ray White and Raine & Horne in both Sales and Property Management roles.

Silvia‘s passion to establish Landchoice Community Housing as a registered community housing provider was driven by her strong desire to make a contribution to the community in ensuring everyone has the opportunity to housing by assisting those in need.

She has in depth market knowledge within the sales and rental market of both commercial and residential properties.
